Is the event free?

Our main event January 24th is free to attend. The Admin Training Boot Camp on January 23rd has a cost of attendance.

Are Earlybird discounts available?

Yes! Those registering for the Admin Boot Camp prior to December 1 will receive a 25% discount.

Is there preferred accommodation I can book?

We have negotiated group rates for the Margaritaville Hotel where our conference is being held. Use this link to make your reservations. OnePlan Discount

How do I pay for the boot camp?

The registration fee will be directly invoiced to your company with a cc to you. Please ensure the invoice is processed promptly to secure your spot.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?

We do not offer refunds at this time.

I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?

We will have meal options to accommodate a wide spectrum of dietary preferences. The Margaritaville is in downtown San Diego with a large variety of restaurants and food delivery services available should you require anything specific.

Is there a dress code for the event?

We’re keeping things casual, so please wear what you feel is most comfortable.

What parking arrangements are available at the venue?

The hotel offers valet parking at $60/day.

Which OnePlan employees will be present at the conference?

We hold our annual company meeting the days following the customer conference, and we will have most of our staff in attendance. We will have many OnePlan employees attending the conference to interact with customers and partners, as well as at the social events in the evening.

Can I book an individual meeting with my OnePlan team while at the event?

Yes you can. Please reach out to your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager to schedule individual meetings. We encourage this and will accommodate everyone to the best of our ability.
