Customer Challenges

Bridgestone Americas needed a solution to view their portfolio regardless of where the work was being performed. Their current PPM tool wasn’t meeting the customer needs anymore due to their use of Agile. Bridgestone Americas required a solution that could integrate with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow. The customer had a mix of Agile and waterfall projects which couldn’t be supported by their PPM tool anymore.

OnePlan had built a strong partnership with Bridgestone Americas’ Enterprise Strategy office in the past. OnePlan’s success in meeting the requirements of their Enterprise Strategy office has led the IT department of the customer to begin their journey of partnership with OnePlan.

OneConnect had the capabilities of integrating and bringing in data from Azure DevOps and ServiceNow for prioritization and approvals. With OnePlan, the customer wouldn’t have to reenter data to Project Online for approvals. OnePlan supported the customer in their journey of handling both waterfall and Agile projects. OnePlan allowed the customer to move away from handling projects on Project Online and manage all the requests in one place.
