In order to effectively plan, manage and deliver the various transformation projects comprising this important program. McCormick had multiple fragmented systems in place for portfolio management processes. During the entire lifecycle of a project, teams were switching between toolsets, and the data wasn’t being carried over. Therefore, McCormick sought a Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) software solution that could provide the necessary visibility and ability to track relevant data.
