Customer Challenges

The growth of TSMC in all parts required greater control of Product and IT project portfolio management. TSMC was using many different tools to track projects with no central repository to view a portfolio inventory. Status updating of projects and epics was occurring in artifacts via email and business users wanted to track OKRs associated with their Projects and Epics. The organization also had a very heavy use of Azure DevOps where all Epic plans were defined with the requirement to view Epic backlogs into the Portfolio.
