AARP is the nation’s largest nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to empowering Americans 50 and older to choose how they live as they age. With nearly 38 million members, AARP works to strengthen communities and advocate for what matters most to families with a focus on health security, financial stability, and personal fulfillment.
AARP had only limited means by which they could align and coordinate their research activities to enhance their efficiency and value. They needed a system that allowed them to improve project coordination, by prioritizing time, resources, and funds by streamlining research execution, and by being able to actively and passively coordinate activities across the organization.
OnePlan recognized the disconnected nature between AARP’s tracking and reporting software for research projects. OnePlan was able to utilize OnePlan technology and Microsoft’s Project Online to drastically cut down on the manual effort to develop, maintain, and reconcile each reporting period.
