Culligan was a decentralized organization with high-performing teams that lacked a Project Portfolio Management solution to track strategic project delivery. The alignment of strategic projects to objectives and key results was a key requirement. The customer wanted to have an integrated portfolio management solution with Microsoft Teams and all Microsoft collaboration technologies in addition to the integration of JIRA. The customer also wanted a vendor that could support the organization through the PPM change management journey on a longer-term basis.
