Before OnePlan, Forseven struggled with an inability to achieve a portfolio view of all projects and interdependencies between plans. They had to maintain one large plan without a clear critical path and couldn’t link individual task dependencies across programs. Additionally, they lacked clear reporting and dashboards with live data, making it difficult to see the full scale of their projects and how they connected to each other.
