OnePlan stood out for its versatility, modern architecture, and ability to adapt to real-world complexity. MODUS X needed a solution that could support a wide range of project methodologies—from Scrum and Kanban to PLC and SDLC—while meeting strict security standards and integration needs. Before implementing OnePlan, MODUS X piloted Microsoft Project but found it too inflexible for hybrid or Agile methodologies. They needed a modern, adaptable project portfolio management tool that could accommodate Kanban, Scrum, Lean, SDLC, and PLC projects simultaneously. Integrations with key systems like SAP and SharePoint were essential, as was compliance with rigorous data security requirements. MODUS X selected OnePlan to replace Microsoft Project with a more flexible, scalable platform that could support their evolving project management needs. The company also integrated Power BI for custom, in-depth reporting, gaining real-time insights into project performance across their portfolio.
