We’re excited to officially launch OnePlan Circle — a new centralized space for OnePlan customers to connect, learn, share feedback, and stay informed. As our customer community continues to grow, we wanted a better experience that brings everything together in one place. That’s why we chose a modern community platform focused on intuitive navigation, easier access to resources, and a cleaner overall experience.

From product updates and training materials to customer discussions and feature ideas, OnePlan Circle creates a more connected experience designed to help users get more value from OnePlan.

Learn From Other OnePlan Users

Inside the Ask the Community space, customers can ask questions, exchange ideas, share challenges, and learn how other organizations are using OnePlan in real-world scenarios. Some of the most valuable insights come from seeing how other teams approach prioritization, resource planning, PMO processes, reporting, and adoption challenges. Circle creates a dedicated place for those conversations to happen — making it easier for customers to learn from peers, discover best practices, and collaborate with other OnePlan users.

Share Product Ideas and Feedback

OnePlan Circle also gives customers a more visible and collaborative way to share product feedback. Inside the Feature Requests area, users can submit ideas, vote on enhancements, and engage with requests from other customers across OnePlan and OneConnect.

We want customers to feel heard, and Circle creates a stronger connection between customer feedback and future product innovation.

Training, Resources, and Product Updates — All in One Place

OnePlan Circle is also home to a growing library of learning and product resources.

Inside the new Academy, customers can access OnePlan training materials and educational content designed to help teams improve adoption and get more value from the platform.

Users can also stay up to date with:

  • Product announcements
  • Community discussions and best practices

Instead of navigating across multiple locations, everything now lives in one easy-to-access hub.

Need Help? Sofia is There Too

Customers can also connect with Sofia, OnePlan’s AI-powered assistant available within Circle. Sofia helps users quickly find and understand content available throughout the OnePlan Circle experience. And when additional assistance is needed, support tickets can still be submitted directly through the platform.
