Hallmark was using Planview as their previous PPM solution. Planview was becoming too costly and complex to manage projects for the marketing team. The marketing team needed a new PPM solution that had the ability to schedule work for marketing teams without relying on multiple tools. They were looking for a new solution that could support the team with formal project schedules and the ability to create templates for projects.

Integration capabilities with Project for the web, Office 365, and Microsoft Clouds provided more visibility to projects in a central location within OnePlan. With automated Power BI reports, Hallmark has the ability to create reports in specific formats to stay updated on the status of the projects. Within OnePlan, Hallmark can perform forecasting and what-if scenarios around project information especially around project schedules.
