Before adopting OnePlan, WinGD was challenged with a legacy project management tool, Teamwork, that was mainly used to meet mandatory timesheet requirements. The PMO lacked the ability to manage resources, track progress, or derive actionable insights. A more comprehensive and intuitive solution was needed to modernize their project management approach, improve visibility, and standardize practices across locations.
WinGD implemented OnePlan as part of a strategic initiative to overhaul its project portfolio and drive maturity within the PMO.
