Before adopting OnePlan, WinGD was challenged with a legacy project management tool, Teamwork, that was mainly used to meet mandatory timesheet requirements. The tool lacked engagement and functionality for true portfolio management. Projects often had no  assigned owners, resulting in unstructured and unreliable data. The PMO lacked the ability to manage resources, track progress, or derive actionable insights. A more comprehensive and intuitive solution  was needed to modernize their project management approach, improve visibility, and standardize practices across locations.
