After a successful Business Strategy Workshop, Covetrus was able to assess the current situation and decided to leverage OnePlan technology to satisfy their Project and Portfolio management needs.
OnePlan provided Covetrus with a central solution to manage all project information. With OnePlan, Covetrus have an improved and efficient project intake process including ranking and prioritization. Microsoft Power BI also provided capabilities around generating automatic reporting for project data. Integration with Azure DevOps became a reality using OneConnect to track accurate and up-to-date project information. With OnePlan, Covetrus can view roadmaps for different stakeholders and share appropriate information with them.
