Purple Innovation required a solution to manage and track project initiatives in one central location. Purple’s EPMO team was managing projects in multiple tools and needed a solution that could integrate with their current project management tools. The customer also wanted a solution that could provide accurate resource forecasting.
OnePlan provided Purple Innovation with a consolidated view of all project information in a central location. With OnePlan, Purple can track and manage project initiatives that come from within the EPMO department or other departments. Integration with JIRA became a reality with OnePlan which paints an accurate and up-to-date picture of all project information. OnePlan capabilities also supported resource forecasting methods requirements by Purple along with automatic reporting dashboards to show project status, health, resource, and financial data.
