OnePlan has been named a 2026 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence winner for Employee Appreciation. The award comes from Energage, the research firm behind the Top Workplaces program, which has spent 19 years surveying and recognizing people-first organizations across the country and in more than 60 regional markets.
The Employee Appreciation award goes to companies that show real gratitude for their people, and where that gratitude comes back around: employees who feel valued tend to bring their best work to the table. It’s not an award companies can buy or apply for on paper. It comes straight from employee survey responses.
More than 134 OnePlan employees took the engagement survey that made this possible. That’s a big chunk of the team taking time out of their day to say what they honestly think about working here. We don’t take that lightly.
