June Product Update: More Intelligence. Better Insights. A More Connected OnePlan.
Every OnePlan release is driven by the same goal: helping organizations make better decisions with less effort. Our June release is one of our most impactful updates yet, introducing significant advancements across AI, reporting, collaboration, and accessibility. These enhancements are designed to make planning faster, portfolio insights clearer, and everyday work more intuitive for every user.
As organizations continue to manage increasing complexity, the tools they rely on need to do more than keep up. They need to help teams stay ahead. This release reflects our continued investment in delivering a platform that evolves alongside your business, while providing the governance, flexibility, and intelligence modern organizations expect.
Sofia AI Takes the Next Step
Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing how organizations work, but the most valuable AI doesn’t sit outside your business, it understands your business. That’s the thinking behind the latest evolution of Sofia. With this release, Sofia now brings Microsoft Copilot capabilities directly into OnePlan, providing in-context assistance without requiring users to leave the platform. Whether you’re analyzing portfolio data, reviewing project health, or looking for insights across your plans, Sofia can help surface the information you need exactly where you’re already working.
Even more exciting is the ability to extend Sofia with your own custom Copilot agents.
Organizations can now connect proprietary knowledge, business processes, and specialized workflows directly into Sofia, creating AI experiences tailored to their unique environment rather than relying on generic prompts. That means your AI assistant can understand your terminology, your governance model, and the way your teams actually work.
As AI continues to mature, organizations need solutions that are secure, configurable, and enterprise-ready. These new capabilities provide a strong foundation for customers looking to adopt AI confidently while maintaining control over their data and processes.
Better Dashboards for Better Decisions
Great decisions start with great visibility. Our dashboard enhancements make it easier than ever to build, reuse, and share meaningful reporting across your organization. Users can now duplicate dashboards in seconds, dramatically reducing the effort required to standardize reporting across teams.
New export and import capabilities also allow organizations to move complete dashboard configurations between environments, making it easier to scale reporting best practices across departments or regions. We’ve also expanded visualization options with new Heatmap and Gauge widgets, giving portfolio leaders additional ways to identify trends, monitor performance against targets, and quickly spot areas requiring attention. For financial analysis, new pivot-based visualizations provide greater flexibility when exploring investment data, while full-screen widgets make executive reviews and presentations even more impactful.
The result is a reporting experience that’s more flexible, more reusable, and better suited for organizations making strategic decisions from complex portfolios.
Collaboration That Gets Out of Your Way
Collaboration works best when it feels effortless. That’s why we’ve redesigned the OnePlan inbox to make notifications easier to manage without disrupting your workflow. The refreshed experience provides a cleaner, more modern interface that’s easier to scan, helping users quickly identify what needs attention. New in-system notification controls also allow users to manage updates directly within OnePlan, reducing unnecessary clicks and keeping work moving. These may seem like small changes individually, but together they remove friction from everyday work, helping teams stay focused on delivering projects instead of managing notifications.
Supporting Global Teams
As more organizations manage portfolios across multiple countries and regions, delivering a familiar experience to every user becomes increasingly important. Following the introduction of French and Spanish language support earlier this year, our June release adds native German language support across OnePlan and OneConnect. German-speaking users can now work with menus, labels, and system text in their preferred language, making onboarding easier and improving adoption across international teams.

Built for Today and What’s Next
While AI, dashboards, collaboration, and multi-language support are some of the most visible enhancements in this release, they’re only part of the story.
The June release also introduces improvements across automation, resource planning, governance, integrations, status reporting, work management, APIs, security, and administration. Together, these enhancements continue to strengthen OnePlan as the platform organizations rely on to connect strategy, investments, resources, and execution.
Every release is shaped by customer feedback, evolving industry needs, and our long-term product vision. Our goal isn’t simply to add features, it’s to continually improve the experience for every planner, project manager, PMO, executive, and team member who depends on OnePlan every day.
Looking Ahead
The pace of innovation isn’t slowing down, and neither are we. As organizations continue to embrace AI, modern portfolio management, and increasingly connected ways of working, OnePlan will continue investing in the capabilities that help you stay ahead of change.
Whether you’re using Sofia to accelerate decision-making, creating richer dashboards for executives, collaborating more effectively across teams, or supporting a global workforce with localized experiences, every enhancement in this release is designed with one purpose: helping you plan smarter and deliver better outcomes.
Thank you for being part of the OnePlan community. We’re excited to keep building the future of strategic portfolio and work management together.
