HUB International was previously using Project Server for their project management needs. HUB wanted a solution that was cloud-based and wanted to move away from managing their server infrastructure. Also, they required a solution that could co-exist with their current project management tools.
Initially, HUB was looking into Project Online as their new PPM tool but after experiencing OnePlan capabilities HUB chose OnePlan as their PPM partner. OnePlan’s ability to integrate with other tools attracted HUB to OnePlan. With OnePlan, Hub International can continue to work on their existing tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and JIRA using OneConnect. HUB can perform resource forecasting and timesheets within OnePlan instead of using excel to keep track of the data. OnePlan also offers HUB the ability to work on different types of projects that meets the needs of HUB’s team. Additionally, OnePlan assisted HUB International in adoption and change management from the Project Server.
