- Financial forecasting
- Automated reporting
- Power BI integration

- Lack of visibility for upper management across portfolio of development projects
- Required meaningful visualizations to track key milestones, important dates, and cost impacts effectively
Before implementing OnePlan, Organon faced significant challenges in managing their development projects. They lacked comprehensive visibility for upper management, making it difficult to oversee the entire portfolio of development projects and associated key milestones. Tracking important dates and cost impacts was cumbersome, and the absence of meaningful visualizations hindered effective decision-making. Additionally, disparate systems and manual processes led to inefficiencies and inaccuracies in data management, further complicating their ability to maintain a cohesive overview of their therapeutic areas, assets, programs, and clinical studies.

OnePlan developed a robust solution for Organon, enabling them to track their portfolio of therapeutic areas, assets, programs, and clinical studies. The solution included financial planning for budgets, forecasts, and actuals, with automated imports at the program level. Key Power Automate workflows supported governance activities, and custom integrations with SAP and MS Project ensured seamless data management. OnePlan also assisted in developing Power BI management reports, providing ongoing support across Organon’s environments and preparing for future enhancements.
