The Project Management Office was struggling with managing its projects and resources through a multitude of Excel spreadsheets and difficulty collaborating with its external vendors. Road mapping and long-term planning were disconnected from resources or other timelines, making it virtually impossible to accurately forecast capacity.

It enables School Speciality to integrate the planning and execution stages of project & product delivery and is the system of record for its planning, forecasting, status and time tracking. They also integrate with Teams as a familiar collaboration platform that supports external vendor collaboration.
